Goal
A credible digital front door built to generate contact.
Create a credible, mobile-friendly service-business website that clearly explains the company’s services and encourages customers to make contact through WhatsApp or an enquiry form.
Our work
See how RouteFoundry approaches website delivery, operational visibility and product development through clearly labelled demonstrations and active product work.
Every project is labelled according to its real status. Demonstration work is not presented as commissioned client work.

Website demonstration
A publicly deployed service-business website demonstration built to test RouteFoundry’s production system under realistic launch conditions.
Goal
Create a credible, mobile-friendly service-business website that clearly explains the company’s services and encourages customers to make contact through WhatsApp or an enquiry form.

Problem
Small local service businesses often rely almost entirely on referrals, Facebook pages or WhatsApp messages. Customers may struggle to understand what services are offered, which areas are covered and how to request help quickly.
RouteFoundry approach
RouteFoundry created a complete plumbing-business demonstration using the reusable factory intended for paid client websites. The project tested realistic content, conversion paths, responsive layouts, forms, SEO foundations and production launch checks.

Operational dashboard demonstration
A morning operational-intelligence dashboard using fictional South African logistics data to demonstrate how external conditions, cost pressure, port status and logistics developments can be combined into one clear decision view.
Problem
Operations teams often check weather, fuel, currency, port conditions and industry developments across separate sources, making it difficult to form one clear morning picture.
Outcome
Bring the most relevant external operating signals into one concise view that highlights what is normal, what should be watched and what may require action.
RouteFoundry Technologies
Daily operational intelligence for clearer morning planning.
2 conditions require attention
Fuel and currency pressure deserve attention, while clear weather supports normal road operations.
17°C · Clear
Normal morning conditions with no weather-related disruption indicated.
R21.40/L
Cost pressure remains elevated and should be considered in route planning.
R18.32/$
Currency movement may increase the cost of imported operational inputs.
Moderate
Allow for possible processing delays and monitor priority movements.
Needs attention
Priority port movements may require earlier operational confirmation.
Fuel pressure should be considered when reviewing today’s route costs.
Monitor currency movement where imported inputs affect operating costs.
No material weather disruption is represented for the morning road network.

RouteFoundry Products
A modular operational platform designed to bring logistics data, workflows, exceptions and performance visibility into one connected system.
Operational problem
Logistics teams often work across disconnected systems, spreadsheets, messages and reports. Important information becomes difficult to trace, exceptions are handled inconsistently and managers lack a reliable operational picture across regions, customers and delivery stages.
Product vision
LIP is being designed as a modular platform. Organisations can use the capabilities relevant to their operation while working from a shared foundation for identity, permissions, workflow and operational data.
Planned capability areas
Bring shipment status, movement and operational context into a consistent view.
Identify ageing, blocked or at-risk shipments and guide appropriate operational action.
Support structured processes, assignments, escalations and handovers across operational teams.
Monitor service levels, delivery success, regional performance and recurring problem areas.
Turn operational data into usable summaries, trends and actionable management information.
Provide relevant operational views across customers, services and delivery channels.
Development maturity
Status reflects the current product repository. No percentage-complete claims or release dates are implied.
Development principles
Features begin with real operational decisions, handovers and exceptions rather than abstract software requirements.
Organisation boundaries, identity, permissions and traceability are addressed before operational modules are layered on top.
Modular architecture allows capability growth without prematurely splitting the system into unnecessary services.
Public technology overview
The public technology view stays intentionally high level. Security-sensitive implementation detail remains private.
